デジタルエンジニアリング組織における複数の部門横断イニシアチブの推進・調整を担うProgram Delivery Managerを募集しています。
Backend、Fullstack、QA、SRE／DevOps、Productの各チーム間でデリバリーの整合性を確保し、依存関係・リスク・タイムラインを管理します。複数の変革プロジェクトを並行で推進する中で、予測可能性と透明性を維持するために不可欠なポジションです。
（期待する役割）
- 複数チームにまたがるデジタル施策の調整
- 部門横断の依存関係およびデリバリーリスクの管理
- タイムライン・マイルストーン・進捗の可視化
- エンジニアリングとプロダクトのステークホルダー間のアラインメント促進
- デリバリープロセスおよび実行規律の改善
主な職務内容:
- 複数の複雑なデジタル施策の計画・調整
- チーム間の依存関係およびリスクの特定・管理
- マイルストーン、成果物、実行進捗のトラッキング
- スプリントプランニング、ロードマップ整合、リリース調整のファシリテーション
- 経営層向けデリバリーサマリーおよびレポートの作成
- プロジェクトステータスおよび課題エスカレーションの透明性を推進
- 優先順位付けの議論およびスコープ整合の支援
- チームのブロッカー除去と実行モメンタムの維持を支援
- デリバリーガバナンスおよびプロセスの改善に貢献

スキル・資格
必要とされる経験&スキル
- プログラム、プロジェクト、またはデリバリーマネジメントの実務経験4年以上
- 複数の施策を同時並行で管理した経験
- 高い組織力およびリスクマネジメントスキル
- アジャイル／スクラム環境での実務経験
- 優れたステークホルダーコミュニケーション能力
- 変化の速い環境で複雑性を管理する能力
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション力
歓迎される経験＆スキル
- エンジニアリング組織またはデジタル組織の支援経験
- テクニカルチーム間の依存関係管理の経験
- アイデンティティ、決済、または統合が多いシステムへの知見
- 経営層向けレポーティング資料の作成経験
- スケーリング中のチームにおけるプロセス改善の実施経験
