Lead Engineer (JAVA)【English Based Position】

This role is for an Application Engineer who designs, develops, and maintains high-quality, scalable systems using modern technologies, Agile practices, and strong coding standards. Description
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern full-stack technologies and cloud platforms.
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices like test-driven development.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring to support reliable deployments.
- Create and communicate technical designs while applying Agile methodologies and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

スキル・資格
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering (java)
- Proven leadership experience, including guiding engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decision-making.
- Strong expertise in modern development practices such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high coding standards, lead code reviews, and implement robust testing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively in a remote environme
