• ロ-カルマ-ケットにおいて会社を代表し,顧客来店数を増やす新たな機会を見出し,新規顧客を獲得,ブランドとの長期的な関係を構築する
• セ-ルスフロアに立ち,適切な接客• サ-ビスを徹底する
• チ-ムを通じてオムニチャネル戦略を推進する
• 店舗運営予算を遵守し,経費を管理する CUSTOMER
• 顧客中心のマインドセットを育成し,堅固な顧客関係を維持する
• 卓越した顧客満足度と最高レベルのサ-ビスを保証する
• 他部門と連携し,クライエンテリング施策やイベントを実施,顧客ロイヤルティと購買額を向上させる
