■Job Description
PLT Japan（乗用車・ライトトラック（一般向け主力））の収益性の高い成長を推進するため、プライシング、プロダクトマネジメント、マーケットインテリジェンスを統合し、データドリブンで一貫性のある機能として確立する。
市場および競合の洞察に基づいた明確な価格戦略とガバナンスを構築し、利益率の最適化を実現するとともに、製品ポートフォリオのポジショニングおよびライフサイクルを管理することで、強固なマーケットフィットと競争優位性を確保し、市場動向、価格の変化、競合活動に関する実行可能なインテリジェンスを提供し、迅速かつ事実に基づく意思決定を支援することで、営業の有効性を高め、持続的な利益成長を実現頂きます。

スキル・資格
【必須】
・プライシング、プロダクトマネジメント、マーケット分析、またはコマーシャル関連職における実務経験（3年～7年）
・高い分析スキルを有し、ExcelやBIツール等のデータ分析ツールに関する知識
・市場動向、競合分析、顧客ニーズに対する十分な理解
・複数業務を同時に管理し、スピード感のある環境で業務を遂行できる能力
・部門横断プロジェクトを主導し、関係部門間のアラインメントを推進した実績
・変化の多い環境下で、高いオーナーシップを持って自律的にプロジェクトを推進できる能力
