- チームメンバーのマネジメントと指導
- 市場トレンドや競合分析を基にした戦略的提案
- 主要な利害関係者との連携・調整
- 企業戦略に基づいた予算管理とリソースの最適化
- 本社との円滑なコミュニケーションと報告業務
