・医療機器/ヘルスケア関連の法規制調査・対応
・外部弁護士との連携、契約ワークフロー改善
・全社の法務相談、知財保護 ◆ コンプライアンス ・FCPA・薬機法・独禁法などの遵守体制構築
・社内調査のサポート、HCP対応の監査
・グローバルポリシー導入、研修の設計・実施
・第三者DD、リスク評価・モニタリング
・コンプライアンス委員会・懲戒委員会対応
