Position Overview
A rapidly growing global FinTech company is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, product development, and new business growth.
This position will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and enhance existing digital financial products. The role requires a strategic thinker who can combine market insight, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's continued expansion in the digital finance and cryptocurrency industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in strategy, product development, or digital business within FinTech, technology, or financial services environments .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Plan and manage strategic initiatives related to digital financial products and services
Identify new business opportunities and support the launch of new products and services
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and operations
Support partnerships, alliances, and strategic collaborations with external organizations
Translate business needs into actionable plans and work closely with development teams during implementation
Monitor market developments and regulatory considerations impacting digital financial services

スキル・資格
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, product strategy, or business development
Experience working in FinTech, financial services, technology, or high-growth digital businesses
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
Experience managing projects or teams within cross-functional environments
Understanding of digital products, online platforms, or financial technologies
Native or business-level Japanese proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cryptocurrency, online securities, FX, or digital financial platforms
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or technology companies
Business-level English proficiency
