A multinational sustainability and environmental solutions company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business partnering, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and achieve financial objectives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct forecasting, reporting, and monthly closing support activities
• Partner with assigned business divisions to provide financial insights and guidance
• Analyse monthly financial results, including P/L, B/S, cash flow, working capital, DOS, and DOH, and identify variance drivers
• Prepare forecast review reports and generate actionable business insights through financial analytics
• Coordinate and lead sales forecasting activities for assigned divisions
• Manage supply chain finance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, and data management
• Evaluate operational expenses and identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis
• Lead annual business planning activities and budgeting processes
• Develop standardised templates for financial analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to improve processes and ensure timely deliverables
• Communicate significant financial matters, trends, and risks to senior management and leadership teams

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences
• Professional level Japanese; proficient English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle
• Possess a valid Japanese Bookkeeping Grade 2+ qualification or equivalent
