Global engineering company headquartered in Europe that specializes in pumps, valves, and related services for industries such as water, energy, mining, and building systems.
The Role
- Oversee finance and controlling operations, while also managing HR, administration, and local compliance functions.
- Handle daily finance activities including financial reporting, cash flow management, tax compliance, AR/AP, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and cost control.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business functions to support financial performance and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with group policies and support management with business control, ad hoc projects, and office administration matters.
Your Skills
- All rounded accounting, managerial accounting, and controllership experience
- Flexible mindset since this role will be taking care of some non-finance and accounting tasks related to HR and admin
- Fluent Japanese and business ~ high business English
- Ability to work autonomously
