Job Description: As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving client service support, fostering new client/business development, nurturing a cohesive team environment, and overseeing profit and cost management within the organization. You will be responsible for:
Client Service Support and New Client/Business Development:
- Identify and propose projects tailored to the needs of existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with overseas delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Create comprehensive reports on marketing analysis results and insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, offering strategic consulting services to meet their objectives effectively.
Profit & Cost Management:
- Develop and oversee budgetary plans to optimize profitability and ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with the finance department to analyze financial data and forecast future trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Team Building and Human Resources Management:
- Cultivate a high-performance culture within the organization, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Minimum of 6 years of practical client service experience in custom projects at a media agency or consulting company.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of media analytics, marketing principles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English languages is preferred.
