About the company:
We are currently searching for an experienced Backend Tech Lead to work with a pioneering company developing cutting-edge AI solutions for marketing.
Their mission is to make marketing accessible, so that great products and businesses can be seen across the world. They have a presence in Japan, growing by 300% year after year, delivered by a team of skilled and passionate engineers.
The AI products being developed are extremely innovative, unique, and exciting projects for a talented Tech Lead to work on.

This role goes beyond coding — you’ll help solve scaling challenges, guide young engineers, and shape the technical foundations of a product expanding into the enterprise market.
You’ll act as a technical leader (not a people manager), focusing 100% on engineering excellence, architecture decisions, and mentoring.

スキル・資格
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of developing web services using modern frameworks.
• At least 5 years of backend experience in Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Experience with SaaS development.
• 2+ years of mentoring / technical leadership experience.
• Skilled in AWS/GCP and both SQL & NoSQL databases.
Desired skills:
• Team leadership or EM experience
• Automated testing and CI/CD implementation experience
• Vietnamese communication skills (for collaboration with offshore teams)
