PLM Team Center Engineer

- Hands-on exposure to Packet Core operations combined with modern Telco Cloud technologies such as Linux, OpenStack, OpenShift, and containers

Annual salary: 8 Million and above
Job Responsibility:
- Handle production support for Teamcenter
- Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis , and drive permanent fixes
- Coordinate with customer IT/business teams and Siemens GTAC
- Support Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Classification, Integrations)
- Participate in onsite status calls, SLA reviews, and escalations
- Guide L2 teams and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs
Job Qualification:
- Strong handson experience with Teamcenter PLM (L3 / AMS / Production Support)
- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, data model, and integrations
- Exposure to BMIDE / ITK / SOA / AWC preferred
Language Skills : Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Fluent level English
