Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique client experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales teams. Serves as the visible face of the brand to clients.
Speciality Description - Assistant Store Manager:
Partners with the store manager to achieve business goals. Supports day-to-day running of the store, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation. Acts as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards to enhance sales and motivate store staff to excel.
As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Pomellato Ginza, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the boutique.
You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Pomellato’s Italian craftsmanship, contemporary elegance, and client-centric approach, while contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
