  • To cancel a subscription click on "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of this email and follow simple instructions. You can also choose certain subscriptions you want to cancel at "My subscriptions"

  • Having trouble logging in? Make sure you enter the correct email address, check keyboard layout, whether the Caps Lock key is pressed. Also please check if you are trying to log in as an employer. If you have checked all, but the "Invalid username or password" error still reappears, - restore the password. My responses

  • More and more vacancies are acquiring the “Quick Response” label and imply a response directly on the jooble site. To do this, simply fill out a short form when you click on the "Send Resume" button. To respond to other vacancies, you need to go to the employer's website by clicking on the "Respond" button and respond according to its instructions. Please note that the procedure for such a response may vary depending on the source site.

  • Jooble does not affect the result of hiring and does not participate in the process of hiring employees for vacancies that are shown in the search results on our website. Responsibility for the recruitment process and feedback to the candidate rests entirely on employer. It was precisely for this reason that Jooble cannot provide information about a positive / negative decision to hire the candidate for a position of interest or information about viewing of sent CV.

  • Please note that this feature is only available on the full version of the website. Jooble saves only those vacancies that were responded directly through our site. You can view the list of vacancies to which you have responded in "My Responses" section in the account menu. Currently, Jooble does not provide tools for tracking responses that were made through other websites.

  • Jooble can guarantee the delivery of your resume to the email address of the employer, only if the application process is done through our website. Your application history is saved in your personal account under the “My Applications” tab. You can access it at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot track the application status on external websites and also, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your resume if the application process was done on 3rd party websites.
