The Role

• Real-time Japanese-English interpretation is provided for technical meetings, workshops, and board meetings.
• Technical documents, reports, project plans, and customer communications are translated accurately.
• Communication between factory teams, engineers, business stakeholders, and overseas management is supported.
• Technical discussions are clarified to ensure both parties fully understand business and system requirements.
• Meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up documents are created for internal and customer teams.
• Schedules and communications are coordinated across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Business requirements are gathered from end-users and translated into a technical context.
• On-site meetings and factory visits with customers are supported when a deeper operational understanding is required.
• Potential communication gaps and cultural misunderstandings are identified before they impact deliveries.
• The smooth implementation of platform deployments is supported through structured coordination and reporting.
