・マーケットアクセス最大化に向けた戦略的プロジェクトの企画・推進・実行
・戦略的重要度の高い製品の導入・拡大に向けたビジネスプラン策定、提案、実行
・パイプライン製品および新製品の日本市場導入に向けた評価、提案、実行
・事業成長に寄与する Ad Hoc プロジェクトの企画・遂行
・主要プロジェクトの進捗管理、ガバナンス、クロスファンクショナル連携の推進
・プロジェクト推進を加速させるツール、アプローチ、フレームワークの提案 【ポジションの魅力】

スキル・資格
【必須経験・スキル】
・医療機器業界でのマーケティングまたはプロダクトマネジメント経験 7年以上・製品上市（ローンチ）の実務経験
・ビジネスプラン／ビジネスケースの策定および実行経験
・KOL（Key Opinion Leader）とのエンゲージメント経験
・大卒以上
・戦略的思考力・論理的思考力
・新たな戦術や枠組みを創出する企画力
・ビジネス視点に基づく意思決定能力
・社内外ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーションおよび交渉力
・チームワークを重視した協働姿勢
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（メール・会議への積極的参加が可能）
・Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint 等）の実務スキル 【歓迎経験・スキル】
・日本の医療制度・保険償還システムに関する知識
・行政・学会・規制関連ステークホルダーとの折衝経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
