マーケティングマネージャーとして、日本における4セグメント横断のマーケティング活動を統括し、事業成長および売上・収益目標の達成を支援していただきます。営業（アカウントマネージャー）と密に連携し、顧客に対するソリューションセリングを推進する役割です。

Description
- グローバルおよびリージョナルの関係者と連携し、全セグメントにわたるマーケティングを推進
- グローバル／リージョナルのマーケティング資料を日本市場・顧客ニーズに合わせてローカライズ
- 日本市場における顧客ニーズを明確化し、各セグメントのヘルスベネフィット戦略や新コンセプト創出を支援
- 市場・ビジネスインサイトを提供し、タイムリーかつ的確な情報で事業判断をサポート
- 選定された戦略的なクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして参画し、期限内の完遂をリード
- 展示会、顧客向けイノベーションワークショップ、コンセプト作成など、顧客向けプロジェクト創出活動の支援
- 新製品および既存製品のローンチにおけるプロセス・資料のローカライズおよび実行支援
- HNC Japanにおけるマーケティングコミュニケーションおよびブランディング活動のリード
- 社内外を含むすべてのデジタルコミュニケーションチャネルの管理・運営
