This non-line management role functions as a strategic business partner within a pharmaceutical organization, dedicated to building an insights-led, data-driven culture alongside forecasting and analytics teams. The incumbent is responsible for leveraging quantitative and qualitative market research to inform strategic decisions, optimize market positioning, and ultimately drive profitability and growth. 求められる経験
■Key Requirements
- Education and Industry Knowledge: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, combined with specific knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations and the healthcare system.

- Research Expertise: Expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative market research, with the ability to translate these insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

- Strategic and Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking abilities to connect insights to tactical planning, effectively collaborate cross-functionally, and influence multiple stakeholders.

- Project Management: Competence in managing external vendors and multiple research projects, along with the self-management skills to prioritize independently and deliver under pressure.
