職務内容
人事マネージャーは、採用、労務対応、給与関連業務の調整、研修、人事制度・ポリシーの運用など、日々の人事業務全般を統括し、社員およびマネジメント双方にとって信頼できるアドバイザーとしての役割を担います
- 採用戦略の立案から実行までの一連の採用業務および人材パイプラインの管理
- 入社から退社までの従業員ライフサイクル全般の管理
- 外部ベンダーとの給与計算業務の連携・調整
- 人事ポリシーおよび社内規程の策定・運用・遵守徹底
- 各部門および本社バックオフィス／総務関連業務のサポート
- 社員との信頼関係構築
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
- 問題解決力と主体的な姿勢
応募資格
- 同様のポジションでの人事経験：4〜6年
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
- Microsoft Office の高い操作スキル
- 複数業務を自律的に管理・遂行できる能力
