A leading Japanese global technology company is strengthening its tax organization to enhance governance and support business growth across diverse business units.
The Role
You will lead domestic corporate tax operations as a Manager within the headquarters tax team, acting as a Center of Excellence for group-wide tax governance. Key responsibilities include overseeing tax compliance (including group tax consolidation), managing tax audits, responding to tax reforms, and partnering with business units and group companies on tax-related matters. You will also lead tax projects and manage a small team.
Your Skills
- Strong experience in Japanese corporate tax (including group tax consolidation)
- Experience in tax compliance, reporting, and audit
- Team management experience
- Native-level Japanese
