ペイロール業務（主担当）
•月次給与計算・賞与計算（ペイロール業務、HR部門との協働）
•給与計算ベンダー（アウトソーサー）のコントロール、検証、承認
•勤怠データ・支給／控除データのチェック、修正
•給与データの検証、承認プロセス管理
•年末調整、法定調書対応
•その他給与関連業務 社会保険・退職金関連
•社会保険の給与連携手続き（社労士との連携含む）
•退職金制度の計算・管理 •株式報酬の給与・税務上の取り扱い
•海外本社（HQ）との連携・問い合わせ対応
•人件費・ペイロール関連レポーティング •Payroll/HRシステム導入または改善プロジェクトの参画リード 保険
